These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ybgrow website and any services provided by ybgrow, LLC (“ybgrow”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company located at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801, United States. By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

ybgrow provides digital marketing and growth services, including social and search advertising, SEO and copywriting, e-commerce scaling support and AI consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any project are set out in a separate proposal, statement of work or agreement (“Agreement”). If an Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Agreement prevails.

2. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to send unsolicited or harmful content.

3. Fees and payment

Fees, payment schedules and any advertising budgets are defined in your Agreement. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, TikTok or Pinterest) is separate from our fees unless stated otherwise.

4. Results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform changes, product quality and client decisions. While we work to achieve the goals agreed with you, we do not guarantee specific results such as revenue, rankings or return on ad spend.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access needed to deliver the services, and to make sure any materials you supply do not infringe the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to ybgrow or its licensors. Ownership of project deliverables is set out in your Agreement; unless agreed otherwise, ownership transfers to you once all related fees are paid.

7. Third-party platforms

Our services may rely on third-party platforms and tools. Their use is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, policy changes or account decisions.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other party’s confidential information private and use it only to perform or receive the services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ybgrow will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as described in the Agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
